Ayo is a development practitioner, trained under the World Bank Institute/British Council as a Development Knowledge Facilitator, a researcher, a Green and Skills Development Advocates, a policy advocate and an Agropreneur.

Director of the Women Green Fellowship program, Secretary of the famous Policy Advocacy Project on Climate Change, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Development Diaries, a media for development organization with focus on development reporting across Africa, a Business Assembly Member of the G-20 Youth Summit IOC, France 2011, director at Farm Allure, and Chief Innovation Officer, at the Green Innovation Hub, Nigeria

An alumni of the following MOOC class: The Age of Sustainable Development by Prof. Jeffery Sachs, Towards a Green Industry by UNIDO/CEU, The practice of Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) by Harvard center for International Development, etc.

Ayo serves on the board of Global Art Group, Sweden and on a couple of other youth led non-profit organizations. He is an author of a fund-raising book and is working on his s econd book on developing your community. He has several awards to his credit.
