Management Consultant and Executive Trainer
Ayo Muritala is a Managing Partner at KNEWROW RESOURCES, a multidimensional management and training
consulting firm with the head office in Lagos. He is a certified trainer, and administrator from
the JCI University USA, Health and safety Executive (HSE) Practitioner from the Chartered Institute
of Environmental Health (CIEH), Associate Member International Facility Management Association,
United States and possesses a Level 3 award in Education and Training U.K and a Certified KPI
profession from the KPI Institute.
He retains over fourteen years of progressive career development with responsibilities in various
management capacities including: Business Development, Operations, Project, Finance, Public Relations
and Human Resources Management and Development of well structured organizations with vast holdings
in ICT, Engineering, Finance, Consulting, and Non Governmental Organization, with the inclusion of
the Public Sector.
He is a member of various national and international organisations; amongst them is the NESG
Governance Policy Commission, the United Nations Global Compact, Urban Habitat Society, Centre for
Ethics and Values and also a member of Centre for Values and Leadership.
He was a facilitator for the CSR Master Class at the CSR World Congress, India and a recipient of
Global CSR Excellence and Leadership Award at the World CSR Congress, in February 2015.
He was also a speaker at the CSR World Congress, India in February 2015, where he spoke on
Individual Social Responsibility (ISR), and also a recipient of the Global CSR Excellence and
Leadership Award at the same congress.
He was also selected as one of the Top forty under forty years of age top Business Leaders in
Nigeria by The Leadership Magazine in 2016 and was also awarded A World Leader Businessperson by
the World Confederation of Business with headquarters in the United States.
In the last two years, Ayo Muritala facilitated KPI strategy for the Central Bank of Nigeria, the
Strategic plan for FIRS, DPR, the Federal Ministry of Trade and Investment and NIPOST, not leaving
out a lot of private organisations.
