Bukola is Founder, SMEBizInfo a social enterprise which also hosts a first of its kind information portal where entrepreneurs can find ready opportunities as well as a business newsletter that reaches 7,000 recipients weekly. She is also Director, Kick Incubator programme for Women, Convener, SMEBizInfo workshops and also runs an online business community for which provides trainings, mentoring, consultancy and networking opportunities for over 2,000 women.

Her expertise is in helping businesses connect with opportunities to take their businesses to the global market by providing capacity building and linkage to markets locally and internationally. She is especially passionate about bridging the gender divide and helping businesses build socially responsible businesses. She has written several Business articles and through her niche series 'Business Lessons for Entrepreneurs', she communicate hard core business principles in easy-to-understand, and relatable tips for her audience.

In 2012, her company won a grant from the YouWin, Women Edition by the Federal Government of Nigeria and she also got a scholarship for the EDC/IBM 'Women Enterprise Challenge' the same year.

In 2013, she was selected to participate in the Cherie Blair Foundation, UK mentoring programme for Women.

In 2014, She facilitated the 'Women in Exports Project' in collaboration with the Nigerian Exports Promotion council (NEPC) and Osun state ministry for Women Affairs, targeted at helping women access International markets with the indigenous products.

The same year, her company was one of the 20 Women-Owned companies in Nigeria to participate in the World Export Development Forum, by the International Trade Centre, Geneva.

In 2015, She was also selected for the Women Vendor Exhibition forum, Sao Paulo in 2015 by the ITC, Geneva.

She was also shortlisted as a semi-finalist for the YALI- Mandela Washington Fellowship programme USA as well as the Grammen Foundation.

In 2016, she got a licence to run the first All-women Business Incubator programme, by the Fledge co, Seattle.

She is an Alumnus of Fate Foundation and her company is a member of the Lagos Chambers of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), Nigerian Exports Promotion Council (NEPC) and African Growth Opportunity Act (AGOA) forum.
